 Hardware - So, your computer runs extremely slow, and you want to know what needs to be done to revitalize your PC? Your computer just may need a simple upgrade. Not only can we recommend what you may need, but we can also order the parts and install them. Thinking about getting a new mouse, keyboard, or monitor? Beach PC Solutions will be happy to recommend what to look for to match your needs. We can even fix complicated issues such as random shutdowns and computer boot failures. We can also attempt to recover lost data on a hard drive, even after a format. In contrast, we can also permanently erase data on old/disposed hard drives to ensure information is secure from prying eyes.  The technicians here at Beach PC Solutions have many years of experience and have no problem spending all the necessary time to help you figure out what you may need.

 Software - At Beach PC Solutions, we understand how much of a frustration it can be to keep up with and manage software. It is so simple to get a virus or anything unwanted on your computer, but it can be difficult trying to remove it. Not only can we remove viruses, but we can also take care of all the random stuff that may happen to your PC. Random shutdowns, computer running slow, and booting failures, just to name a few. It can sometimes be difficult as well trying to determine which virus or protection software to use. Beach PC Solutions can also recommend which Anti-Virus software would be the best to go with your needs. Recently, the new operating system Windows Vista, has come out. We can also work on Vista machines. Also, if you have an old machine running, for example Windows 95, we can work on those as well. What ever software problems you are having, Beach PC Solutions is confident that we can solve them.

 Off-Site Service - In some cases, off-site repair is available only after the technician has completed an initial evaluation of the machine on the service call and has come to the conclusion that diagnosis needs further equipment or time not available on the customers site. If the technician recommends off-site repair, a consent form will be presented and will have to be signed to allow the technician to take the machine off-site. There will be no additional fee for off-site repair or further diagnosis beyond the 3 hour diagnosis limitation set forth by Beach PC Solutions. However, if you are being billed for travel, the mileage will continue to accumulate on the total bill.

- $75 - PC Tune-Up: file system/virus checks, defragmentation, remove unused programs, check for upgrades (Desktop or Laptop)
